Product Analyst SR – Payments Performance

📋 Description

• Own and improve card performance (Network Token, Card-on-File, 3DS) and impact auth rates.
• Analyze payment performance metrics, identify trends, and drive data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Commercial and external partners to improve payment performance.
• Lead discovery initiatives to raise approval rates and expand product capabilities.
• Establish monitoring frameworks and KPIs for continuous optimization.
• Stay up to date with industry trends to keep products competitive.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into product decisions.
