• Own product analytics end-to-end, framing the metrics that matter and connecting signals across
• Think holistically about customer behavior, linking engagement, satisfaction, and outcomes to shape
• Leverage AI-powered tools (Cursor, Claude, agents) to accelerate analysis and automate workflows
• Transform customer feedback (transcripts, surveys) into product-shaping insights with CX, research
• Share insights with senior leadership to influence business direction

🎯 Requirements

• 4–8 years in product or customer analytics with a track record driving product/business changes
• Demonstrated experience with product analytics and customer measurement; AI/fintech experience a
• Advanced SQL skills to pull and analyze complex datasets
• Strong AI fluency; daily use of Cursor/Claude or similar tools
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving; ability to derive insights from ambiguity
• Curiosity to answer why, not just what; act-like-an-owner mentality
