📋 Description

• Lead and build analytics team driving product growth with data-driven AI insights
• Define and execute analytics roadmap to uncover growth opportunities
• Mentor analysts with strong SQL, visualization, and stats skills
• Champion AI integration to optimize analytics workflows
• Partner with Product Managers as primary data ally; translate findings
• Collaborate with data engineers to prioritize tracking and data models

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive background in Product Analytics or Digital Analytics
• Proven people management experience, including hiring and developing talent
• Advanced SQL mastery for large datasets, including window functions, CTEs, and JSON
• Strong A/B testing foundation: sample sizes, metrics, and significance
• Experience building dashboards with Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
• Hands-on experience analyzing raw client-side tracking data (GA4, Snowplow, Amplitude)
