Product and Regional Risk Manager

📋 Description

• Conduct risk assessments and RCSAs across core and emerging products.
• Perform regional risk assessments with stakeholders to understand regulatory risk.
• Own the risk management framework, including appetite, taxonomy, and governance.
• Partner with Product/Engineering to embed risk early in development.
• Use GRC tooling and data analytics to monitor and automate risk.
• Monitor MiCAR and broader digital asset obligations affecting product risk.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in enterprise risk management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of risk frameworks and assessment methods.
• Experience conducting risk assessments and RCSAs; deliver actionable outputs.
• Familiar with digital assets and MiCAR regulatory obligations.
• Systems thinker who uses tech, automation and data to scale risk programs.
• Excellent communication; able to work independently in a remote role.
