Product Compliance Manager

📋 Description

• Partner Product, Business and Engineering from ideation to launch
• Understand customer journeys and end-to-end payment flows
• Assess new products, features, and payments for regulatory risk
• Lead NPRAs and translate obligations into product controls
• Identify systemic risks and reusable risk solutions
• Contribute to Product Compliance health reviews

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years in Product Compliance, Payments Risk, or similar
• Strong understanding of digital products and payment flows
• Experience turning regulatory/risk into practical product solutions
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Risk and Compliance
• Independent problem solving and stakeholder management
• Excellent written and verbal communication
