Lead delivery and ongoing improvement of Compliance tooling and processes
Partner with Compliance SMEs, Product, Engineering, Data, and vendors to translate regulatory needs
Drive AI enablement, vendor management, KPI reporting, and operational improvements
Oversee resource planning, training, change management, and adoption of new tools
Build and maintain dashboards and weekly/leadership reporting
Support regulatory exams and audits with accurate docs and evidence

🎯 Requirements

5–8 years in Compliance, Risk, Product Operations, or related fields
Strong knowledge of BSA/AML and OFAC requirements
Experience across full technology delivery lifecycle (requirements, UAT, launch)
Proven cross-functional project leadership with timelines and risk ownership
Project management skills: Jira, backlog management, rollout planning, documentation
Ability translate regulatory needs into clear product requirements
