📋 Description

• Own day-to-day product and regulatory counsel for US payouts.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Ops from design to launch.
• Translate US payments and consumer-protection rules into guardrails and terms.
• Negotiate and draft customer agreements; maintain fast cycle times.
• Create playbooks, checklists, and templates to speed decisions.
• Step in as a generalist when important issues arise.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of legal experience (firm + in‑house).
• US payments regulatory background (consumer protection, rails).
• Product-counseling instincts; translate ambiguity into recommendations.
• Strong drafting/negotiation; handle steady stream of agreements.
• Clear written communication; build cross-functional trust remotely.
• J.D. and active bar membership in at least one US jurisdiction.
