Product Design Lead

📋 Description

• User growth focused UX/UI design lead collaborating with Growth to optimize journeys and growth
• Bridge user experience with business growth goals to improve retention and conversion
• Own end-to-end design processes from concept to implementation and iteration
• Maintain design fidelity and track post-launch performance with data-driven tweaks
• Conduct market research and user interviews to inform design decisions
• Support cross-team alignment and maintain design consistency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Design or related field
• 3+ years UI/UX design experience; growth or B-side product design preferred
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Suite; strong product thinking and interaction design
• Strong communication skills; fluent in Chinese and English; able to collaborate with product and
• Strong execution ability; deliver high-quality design across multiple directions
• Passion for or experience in financial trading, crypto, blockchain, or Web3 preferred
