🎯 Requirements

Strong visual design with a portfolio of shipped work.
Experience building or shipping a design system in production.
Depth in interaction design for complex surfaces.
Comfort with AI coding tools and frontend polish.
4+ years shipping web products in a B2B SaaS context.
Fluency with current design tools (Figma required; Weave/Flora or similar tooling).
