• Lead end-to-end product feature development from discovery to design
• Write ticket requirements with design docs and user stories
• Proficient in Figma for wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity prototypes
• Translate product requirements into multi-module designs (admin vs user)
• Identify user pain points; propose data-driven design solutions
• Collaborate with engineers and leadership for feasibility and acceptance
