🎯 Requirements

4+ years in design, 2+ years in product team
Strong analytical thinking, break problems into parts
Experience with qualitative/quantitative data and AI tools
UX research: usability tests, interviews, surveys
HTML & CSS understanding for dev handoff
Fluent English (B2+)
