📋 Description

• Research new prospect audiences and partner programs to find readiness to act.
• Identify inflection points in the customer journey that move toward a decision.
• Help determine product changes needed for new geographies and customers.
• Own the screens you touch and contribute to a shared quality standard.
• Help build the team's research process: recruitment, methods, and use of findings.
• Establish design culture early with a strong quality bar and cross-functional critique.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, or a breadth-rich portfolio.
• Based in Austin; collaborative office with work-from-anywhere flexibility in July.
• Strong experience with design systems and critique.
• Expert in user research and research methods shaping product direction.
• Ability to lead across cross-functional teams and justify design decisions.
• Portfolio showing breadth of design work across categories.
