Product Designer

📋 Description

• Own consumer surface design end to end, from problem definition through pixel-level polish
• Set and hold the visual and interaction quality bar for Plaid's consumer product
• Partner directly with product and engineering from planning through execution, shaping what gets
• Build working prototypes — including with AI agents — to test ideas before committing engineering
• Produce high-quality work from wireframes and user flows to pixel-perfect prototypes with
• Advocate for consumers and for user-centered process across the team

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years creating and shipping quality digital products, with consumer experience across mobile and
• Exceptional visual and interaction craft — you can build nearly anything yourself, and the details
• You've genuinely integrated AI agents into how you design and build, and can speak to what that
• Strong verbal and visual presentation skills and an articulate point of view about design
• A proven record of influencing team direction and planning, and of tying design to business goals
• Nice to have: you ship your own code, or have worked as a design engineer
