• Leverage research, experiments, and analytics to inform decisions.
• Contribute to Chime design system and scalable patterns.

• Portfolio showing exceptional visual craft and end-to-end thinking.
• Experience shipping consumer digital products on mobile and web.
• Strong partnership with cross-functional teams to influence direction.
• Deep expertise with Figma and prototyping tools; design systems savvy.
• Data-informed design decisions and experimentation experience.
• Excellent communication and storytelling across stakeholders.
