📋 Description

• Lead discovery to frame problems, hypotheses, and delivery.
• Translate B2B telecom and IoT workflows into scalable web UX.
• Design dashboards, device lists, traffic, billing, and support workflows.
• Create flows to show device status, activity, usage, speeds, and costs.
• Build reusable design patterns across industries and service models.
• Collaborate with engineers to understand constraints, APIs, and data.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Product/UX design (SaaS/B2B/telecom/IoT).
• Discovery maturity: frame tasks, form hypotheses, guide direction.
• Systems thinking: product as a system across devices, billing, workflows.
• Experience designing admin dashboards, analytics, billing flows, or workflow-heavy apps.
• Data-heavy UX: clear interfaces for statuses, usage, billing, alerts.
• Collaboration with engineers; discuss trade-offs and APIs.
