Product Designer

📋 Description

• Contribute to the design process from research through delivery — wireframes, prototypes
• Develop and maintain components within our existing design system, following established patterns
• Design visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces with a strong focus on interaction design and
• Align design decisions with product goals and user needs, and be ready to explain your reasoning to
• Collaborate closely with engineers, PMs, and stakeholders; participate actively in design workshops
• Bring AI tools into your daily design workflow to work faster and explore ideas more effectively

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of product design experience with a portfolio showing visual design, interaction design
• Strong knowledge of web guidelines, responsive design, and accessibility
• Analytical mindset — comfortable digging into dense, regulated content and simplifying it for end
• Experience in high-complexity domains — fintech, healthtech, legaltech, or similar
• Comfortable working within an existing design system: building new components and thinking in
• Experience with usability testing and conducting user interviews; proficiency in Figma
