📋 Description

• Design as part of a cross-functional team, align to KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years product design in SaaS/B2B/CRM.
• Discovery maturity: frame tasks, constraints, hypotheses.
• Systems thinking: product as a system of roles, workflows, and rules.
• Conceptual thinking: translate client requests into scalable UI.
• Experience designing admin panels, dashboards, multi-step flows.
• Proficient in Figma and prototyping; collaborate with engineers.
