Product Designer, Enterprise (Staff-level / L6)

📋 Description

• Own the Enterprise surface end-to-end, from problem framing to shipped outcomes and iteration.
• Design governance and compliance systems for admins, legal, and compliance teams.
• Develop fluency in APIs, widget architectures, developer hub patterns, and backend constraints.
• Drive pragmatic iteration with ruthlessly scoped POCs and enterprise feedback.
• Set a design vision for Enterprise; ensure coherence across SSO, analytics, and billing.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape enterprise design strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience designing complex, large-scale product surfaces (admin dashboards, analytics
• Technical fluency: APIs, integrations, and understanding architecture constraints.
• Systems thinking: identity, compliance regimes, scale constraints.
• Comfort in ambiguity and ability to turn rapid problem spaces into direction.
• Excellent communication in design reviews and cross-functional decisions.
• Experience designing workflows with trust, transparency, and user control in AI-driven outputs.
