📋 Description

• Lead design for key GCS capabilities across lifecycle.
• Collaborate with engineering, autonomy, product, and test teams.
• Influence planning, roadmap, and product vision.
• End-to-end design from concept to UI specs.
• Test designs with real users and iterate.
• Define visual language for real-time control.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of design, HCI, or related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 4 years and a
• 3+ years of experience leading end-to-end product design across complex features or products.
• Proven track record designing complex, interactive systems—spatial data, control interfaces, high
• Demonstrated expertise in Figma as a primary design tool.
• Deep experience working within cross-functional teams with PM and Eng.
• Experience conducting usability testing and integrating user feedback into iterative design cycles.
