Product Designer (Growth)

📋 Description

• Draft & propose product changes to move the needle on growth initiatives.
• Participate in the experimentation lifecycle, learn from research and iterate on feedback.
• Contribute to a backlog of experiment ideas to address friction and influence user behavior.
• Understand user goals and advocate for changes that serve their best interests.
• Uphold high quality standards, balancing experimentation with permanent changes.
• Partner with PM, researcher, designer, and engineers to define problems, goals, and measure impact

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of product design experience, ideally in onboarding, growth, or monetization.
• Hands-on with growth tools and A/B testing and behavioral analytics (Amplitude, Pendo, etc.).
• Experience with self-serve, product-led SaaS business motions.
• Comfort interpreting experiment results to guide design decisions.
• Skilled balancing speed and quality of deliverables.
• Experience in distributed, async environments.
