Product Designer II, Design Systems

📋 Description

• Own iterative improvement of design system components and patterns for web and mobile.
• Drive new system features from ideation through prototyping, testing, and production delivery.
• Collaborate with Design and Engineering to document and evangelize scalable patterns.
• Lead design reviews, gathering and applying feedback to raise quality.
• Execute on the design systems product roadmap and contribute to long‑term strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional product design experience focusing on design systems.
• Experience designing scalable components for consumer web and mobile products.
• Proficiency with AI design tools (e.g., Figma Make, Vercel V0, Cursor) for systems work.
• Expert-level Figma skills, including prototyping components within product screens.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with engineers, researchers, and product teams to
• Ability to use generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost
