📋 Description

• Translate user needs and business objectives into product experiences.
• Partner with PMs, Engineers, Marketing to ensure design consistency.
• Create flows, wireframes, interfaces, and prototypes across fidelity levels.
• Apply design patterns and usability principles for intuitive experiences.
• Contribute to refinement, estimation, and prioritization with PMs.
• Analyze requirements to align with development and product goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in digital product design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design/Technology or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong prototyping tools experience, esp. Figma.
• End-to-end product project experience with impact.
• Discovery, user research, hypothesis validation, experimentation.
