📋 Description

• Design, analyze, validate mechanical components for exterior products
• Develop solutions for new products and improvements
• Create models and drawings with NX and/or SolidWorks
• Account for outdoor exposure: wind, UV, temp, moisture
• Define requirements and validation methods for safety and durability
• Lead design reviews and robust analysis for manufacturability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Experience designing mechanical components for consumer/architectural products
• Experience with exterior/outdoor products is a plus
• NX and/or SolidWorks CAD proficiency
• Plastic injection molding and extrusion design knowledge
• Metrology tools and statistical analysis familiarity
