Product Director - Marketplace

📋 Description

• Own the doctor side end to end: PRM, visibility, pricing, packaging.
• Oversee patient search-and-booking funnel to help patients find doctors.
• Lead AI-first search and booking experiences to improve matching and bookings.
• Improve marketplace health with better demand, churn, and conversion.
• Scale visibility products and evolve pricing to grow ARPU.
• Lead core marketplace re-platforming with engineering teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years leading product at Lead/Director level.
• Experience in consumer/two-sided marketplaces at scale (MAU).
• Strong experimentation, funnel analytics, and growth loop skills.
• Experience shipping AI-driven product experiences.
• Fluent English; multi-market/product experience is a plus.
