• Define and execute the strategic vision, roadmap, and priorities for BI products and analytics
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and deliver
• Manage BI product backlog balancing customer needs and feasibility.
• Develop dashboards, reporting frameworks, KPIs, and benchmarking across units.
• Advance predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and proactive reporting to uncover trends, risks
• Partner with operations, development, and client success to implement reporting products and share

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Healthcare
• 7+ years in BI/Analytics/Product Management or related role in healthcare revenue cycle management.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle metrics and reporting standards.
• Proven experience translating requirements into scalable reporting products and analytics.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with BI platforms, data visualization tools, and reporting frameworks.
