📋 Description

• Bridge between accounting experience and product development to ensure technical excellence and
• Collaborate with product teams to design and validate accounting features and tax workflows.
• Document accounting and tax decisions and translate needs into product specifications.
• Lead knowledge sharing and training for internal teams and external accounting partners.
• Contribute to product launches and ensure key accounting features are compliant and efficient.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years in an accounting firm or advisory/gestoría with annual closings.
• Full bookkeeping workflow experience; not required to be expert in closing.
• Experience using A3 for accounting.
• Desirable: familiarity with Holded, Quipu, e-commerce tools; tech-savvy with APIs and integrations
• Remote work experience and ability to operate in a startup/digital environment.
