Product Engineer (Contract)

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product from current state through launch and adoption
• Complete features, prune unfinished work, decide what ships
• Polish UI/UX to feel production-ready
• Fix bugs, expand tests, improve reliability
• Security hardening before external use
• Deploy to alpha users with onboarding to deliver value

🎯 Requirements

• Experience shipping a real product using an agentic coding harness (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex
• Product built with agentic workflow used by others; able to explain decisions and fixes
• Strong fundamentals, able to read code and reason about system-wide impacts
• Experience launching and supporting a product beyond core implementation
• Product instincts and user empathy for usable software
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments
