Product Engineer II

📋 Description

• Implement enterprise-level system configurations for data center and edge hardware.
• Own process from hardware arrival to power-on, configuration, validation, and documentation.
• Create system configuration plans and execute power-on/burn-in procedures; perform
• Collaborate with Program Management, Account Coordinators, Product Engineering, Manufacturing
• Define and execute configuration procedures to ensure accurate, efficient delivery of configured
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and automation across configuration workstreams.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with customers, technical resources, and
• Proven ability to gather and document customer requirements; experience with engineering change
• Strong knowledge of enterprise compute, storage, networking hardware; familiarity with x86/ARM
• Experience with firmware/BIOS/UEFI updates, OS/hypervisor image deployment, and automation tooling.
• Ability to develop system configuration plans, port mapping, IP addressing, VLANs, and related
• 5+ years of experience building and designing computer components into enterprise systems
