Product Engineer (Senior Forward Deployed)

📋 Description

• Embed with retailers, brands and agencies to scope problems and ship production-ready code against
• Prototype fast, prioritizing working software over slides to test hypotheses and de-risk decisions.
• Build and integrate core platform components: APIs, services, data pipelines and user workflows
• Own what you build end-to-end, including release, deployment, monitoring and issue resolution.
• Turn field learnings into product direction, identifying repeatable patterns to productise.
• Use AI-assisted tooling to increase output and quality, and help shape team ways of working.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong software engineering and system design with production Python or similar, plus APIs
• Experience with large-scale data systems and pipelines; comfortable moving between backend, data
• Customer-embedded or client-facing delivery shipped in someone else’s environment.
• High ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and accountability when issues arise.
• Strong product judgement balancing speed, quality, and maintainability; ability to explain
