Product Expert

📋 Description

• Be the product evangelist and provide subject matter expertise for the Veeva EDC and Veeva DQS
• Champion Veeva AI and RBQM visions to guide customer transformations with colleagues.
• Educate customers on product functionality in meetings and online communities (Veeva Connect).
• Advocate for customers inside Veeva, gathering feedback and informing release planning and future
• Collaborate with Product teams to deliver content and resources for product and release
• Provide cross-functional support to Services, Strategy, Sales, and Product Support.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Clinical Management, typically in Product Management, Consulting or Professional
• Recent hands-on experience with Veeva EDC and/or Veeva DQS.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into technical product requirements and content for
• Understanding of Product Vision, Technical Specifications and Software Development Documentation
• Experience presenting to customers and internal teams in-person and remotely (demos, presentations).
• Strong analytical and English communication skills (written, verbal, presentations).
