Product Growth Strategist

📋 Description

• Own growth initiatives from analysis through execution with cross-functional partners
• Identify opportunities to improve acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and CLV
• Lead experimentation programs: hypotheses, A/B tests, measurement, analysis
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and leadership
• Present insights and actionable recommendations to drive product decisions
• Manage multiple client engagements in a consulting environment

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience developing growth strategies for digital products
• Strong understanding of customer journeys and key metrics (A4 acquisition, activation, engagement
• Hands-on experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4 or similar analytics tools
• Experience designing or managing product experiments and AB testing
• Ability to interpret data and turn insights into strategic recommendations
• Strong communication, presentation skills, and remote-working adaptability
