🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience developing product growth strategies for digital products
• Strong understanding of customer journeys and key metrics across acquisition, activation
• Hands-on experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4 or similar
• Experience designing and managing product experiments and A/B tests
• Ability to interpret data and turn insights into strategic actions
• Excellent communication, able to explain complex concepts to clients
