Product Growth Strategist

📋 Description

• Own growth initiatives from analysis through execution with cross-functional partners.
• Develop and execute product growth strategies for acquisition, activation, engagement, retention
• Analyze behavioral and product analytics to uncover opportunities and prioritize initiatives.
• Design and manage experimentation programs (hypotheses, A/B testing, measurement, analysis).
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and leadership to align growth with
• Present insights clearly to clients and stakeholders; support launches, onboarding, and adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience developing growth strategies for digital products or platforms.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys and metrics across acquisition, activation, engagement
• Hands-on experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4 or similar analytics tools.
• Experience designing or managing product experiments and A/B testing.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable in remote, consulting environments.
