🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience developing product growth strategies for digital products
• Strong understanding of acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention metrics
• Hands-on experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, or similar tools
• Experience designing or managing product experiments and A/B tests
• Ability to interpret data and turn insights into recommendations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
