🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above; CS/Engineering/Business preferred.
8+ years in product; 3–5+ years leading product teams.
Experience with complex product ecosystems; trading/account/B2B back-office a plus.
Ability to understand tech, UX, and business objectives; strong judgment.
Highly results-oriented; thrives in fast-paced, high-uncertainty environments.
