Product Lead, Foundational Models and Post-Training

📋 Description

• Role focused on foundation-model and post-training work for Abridge.
• Partner with ML Science to turn proprietary data into durable model capabilities.
• Own product strategy linking research bets to product outcomes.
• Operate at intersection of model science, platform strategy, and clinical product delivery.
• Location: must be in San Francisco or willing to relocate to SF.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in product-management or related field with ML-powered products experience.
• Track record turning ambiguous technical capabilities into shipped products.
• Strong knowledge of model-development lifecycle (data strategy, fine-tuning, evaluation, inference
• Technical judgment to discuss training objectives, data quality, model selection, latency, and cost
• Strong product judgment on when proprietary models differentiate vs. external/open models.
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams and maintaining speed in high ambiguity.
