Product Lead (Trading Exchange Platform)

📋 Description

• Work with Engineering and Design to ideate, build, and optimize our web and mobile app user journey from onboarding to trading
• Own metrics like KYC pass rates and payment success
• Lead new products (margins, futures and others) development globally with CEO
• Own global product roadmap across countries following local regulations
• Manage global product, design, and product operations teams
• Drive decisions using data, testing, insights; partner with cross-functional teams to scale the platform

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience building and managing crypto, ewallet or other fintech products in SE Asia and/or greater China
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a technical field (e.g. Computer Science) or design-related field (e.g. Design, Human-Computer Interaction)
• Experience managing a team of PMs, Engineers or product feature teams
• Experienced in spot trading, margin, futures products
• Superior analytical and quantitative skills with data-driven decision making
• Fluent in English and Chinese
