📋 Description

• Hybrid in Mexico City office (Tue–Thu) and local work setting
• Drive AI product initiatives in identity security and PAM/IGA areas
• Shape features from concept to launch with leadership
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, CS
• Own initiatives with measurable adoption impact
• Support discovery with CISOs and security teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, AI/ML, cybersecurity identity
• IAM, PAM, IGA domain familiarity
• AI/ML concepts: LLMs, multi-agent systems, MCP, A2A
• Ability to trade off technical choices with engineering
• Collaboration with data scientists, engineers, UX
• Security, privacy, and compliance knowledge
