• Own AI product strategy for a core healthcare admin platform
• Define prioritized AI roadmap across claims, member mgmt, enrollment, and more
• Identify high-value AI opportunities via discovery and market analysis
• Establish KPIs for AI adoption and customer outcomes
• Translate AI strategy into requirements and epics for engineering
• Collaborate with AI platform, UX, data science, and architecture teams

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in product management, 3+ in healthcare payer tech or similar
• Experience delivering AI/ML products in enterprise software
• Deep understanding of healthcare payer operations
• Translate AI capabilities into customer and business value
• Strong product strategy, roadmaps, and executive presentations
• Excellent communication; able to simplify AI concepts for varied audiences
