📋 Description

• Define and refine product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Supply Growth.
• Align stakeholders; communicate roadmap priorities and tradeoffs.
• Lead cross-functional execution with engineering, design, data, and other teams.
• Prioritize roadmap with short-term wins and long-term investments.
• Conduct user discovery via interviews and usability testing.
• Lead agile rituals and ensure high-quality execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of product management with measurable outcomes.
• Marketplace expertise in real estate, investing, or similar.
• Growth fluency; ability to write simple SQL queries.
• Analytical rigor to translate data into decisions.
• Experience scoping, launching, and evaluating product experiments.
• AI tools experience to accelerate product discovery and execution.
