🎯 Requirements

5–10+ years in private credit, fixed income or structured finance
Direct experience underwriting or monitoring loans, CLOs, ABS, or corporate credit
Active in the RWA/DeFi credit space
Ability to write clear investment memos
Bonus: tokenized funds or yield product structuring experience
Fully remote; preference for NA or APAC time zones
