• Define why, when, and what of the products, leading teams from ideation to launch.
• Build a product strategy reflecting Insider Ones vision and value.
• Own and optimize the release process, coordinating activities to market.
• Manage and prioritize initiatives using market trends and customer needs.
• Define and analyze key product metrics to improve performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably with a B2B SaaS product.
• Hands-on experience in Agile Product Development.
• Exceptional decision-making and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex initiatives with limited supervision.
• Fluent in English and Turkish.
