Proven experience managing enterprise SaaS products end to end
Ability to drive business outcomes, not just ship features
Strong communication and leadership to align engineers and senior leaders
Experience with AI-powered features, retrieval/grounding, evaluation and cost/latency trade-offs
Capability to design for users in varying environments (site vs office)
Experience with construction or related heavy-industry domains is a plus
