Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own the product backlog, writing clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and keeping priorities
• Partner with engineering, design, and VA stakeholders to translate requirements into well-scoped
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives
• Track delivery progress, identify blockers, and manage dependencies to keep the team moving
• Use data, user research, and stakeholder feedback to inform prioritization and product decisions
• Communicate clearly across engineering, design, and government stakeholder teams to keep everyone

🎯 Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner on federal health IT programs
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Health or similar EHR platforms strongly preferred
• VA program experience is a strong plus
• Strong backlog management skills including user story writing, acceptance criteria, and MVP
