Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own and maintain product backlog (bugs, features, ops, feedback).
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and backlog items.
• Create and maintain PRDs, user stories, tickets, and docs.
• Break initiatives into shippable phases; manage scope.
• Collaborate with engineering and UX/design to move work forward.
• Coordinate QA, release readiness, and post-launch improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in product management or related software role.
• Experience managing and prioritizing a software backlog.
• Strong in PRDs, specs, tickets, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate complex needs into actionable requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with eng, design, ops, and success teams.
• Excellent communication; detail-oriented; execution-focused.
