Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own and maintain product backlog (bugs, features, enhancements, operational needs).
• Translate business needs and user feedback into clear requirements and development work.
• Create and maintain PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and rollout docs.
• Write detailed engineering tickets with scope, behavior, and edge cases.
• Collaborate with engineering and UX/design to assess feasibility and unblock teams.
• Coordinate QA, launch readiness, and post-launch monitoring.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in product management or related software role.
• Experience managing and prioritizing a software backlog.
• Strong experience writing PRDs, specs, tickets, and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to translate complex needs into actionable requirements for engineering/design.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, UX, operations).
• Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills.
