📋 Description

• Partner with SMEs, engineering, data, ML and enterprise teams.
• Translate needs into scalable AI product capabilities.
• Define reusable platform components, tools and guardrails.
• Design data-access patterns and governed user experiences.
• Drive delivery of AI-enabled products across Berkadia domains.
• Own the AI platform roadmap in a fast-moving CRE context.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management of software products.
• Experience with AI-enabled, generative AI, or LLM-based products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with SDLC and Agile methods; backlog management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders.
