Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own and maintain product backlog including bugs, features, and operational needs.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable work.
• Create and maintain PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Write detailed engineering tickets with scope, edge cases, and success criteria.
• Coordinate QA, release readiness, and post-launch improvements.
• Bridge engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to move work forward.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in product management or similar software role.
• Experience prioritizing backlogs in a software environment.
• Strong in PRDs, specs, tickets, user stories, and docs.
• Ability to translate needs into actionable requirements for engineering.
• Collaborates with engineering, UX/design, customers, and ops.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; detail-oriented.
