Product Manager

📋 Description

• Ramp on Stellar network and ecosystem; ship end-to-end improvements.
• Within 90 days own a product area and establish a steady cadence.
• Define strategy and roadmap across core protocol, enterprise, DeFi, DevX, and agents.
• Talk to users, developers, and partners; translate needs into requirements.
• Use AI tools to generate prototypes, mockups, and working demos to validate ideas.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to ship high-quality products.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience shipping software end-to-end.
• Track record using AI tools (Claude, Cursor, v0) to accelerate prototypes.
• Translate user needs into long-term vision and near-term requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication; align engineers, designers, partners.
• Comfort with technical products and ambiguity; bias to ship.
• Bonus: knowledge of Stellar network and Soroban smart contracts.
