Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own the Shared Services vertical, turning compliance-heavy problems into sequenced, shipable work
• Own roadmap, requirements, compliance checkpoints, quality bar, and stakeholder communication
• Collaborate with Engineering, Compliance, and GTM; gate customer commitments across the platform
• Define and manage active compliance-critical workstreams and ensure engineer-ready specs
• Establish triage cadence to prevent backlog and unblock milestones
• Deliver measurable progress on customer-gating workstreams

🎯 Requirements

• Product management experience in fintech or compliance-friendly domains
• Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into clear roadmaps and specs
• Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams (Engineering, Compliance, GTM)
• Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Open to candidates across the United States (NYC travel/relocation a plus)
• Experience with stablecoins is a plus but not required
